ABOUT US

Worth Capital Funding, Inc. (WCF) is a direct equity-based commercial lender (sometimes call Hard Money lending) that specializes in providing loans to clients whose needs cannot be met by traditional lending institutions. 

WCF makes short term and bridge loans on commercial and multi-family real estate.  We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of service in the equity lending industry.  Here’s what we mean: when you send us a completed application we’ll review the application and get a conditional approval or decline back to you within 24 hours.  We don’t keep you guessing.  Funding normally occurs within 2-4 weeks of acceptance.

We understand our product is not for everyone.  We specialize in providing fast and flexible financing on real property.

UNDERSTAND OUR PROCESS


In order to submit a loan to WCF please follow the steps below:

  1. Broker submits a complete package to apps@worthcf.com or 404-478-8899(fax):
    a) Executive Summary (See Example)
    b) Credit Report
    c) Financials - Signature Req. (See Example)
    d) Pictures or Appraisal - Please do not order an appraisal if you do not have one.  We will order one if we approve the loan.
    e) Rent Roll
  2. Preliminary U/W Process - Read Here if you want to understand more about our process.
  3. Preliminary Mortgage Commitment - This is issued if the loan meets all the standard preliminary requirements.
  4. Order Appraisal - WCF always orders the appraisal.  On occasion WCF will accept an appraisal from another appraiser on income-producing commercial property, but don't count on it.  Most of the time we insist on ordering the appraisal.
  5. Receive Appraisal - If everything looks good once we receive the appraisal then we set the final loan amount and issue a final commitment. 
  6. Order Title/Clear Title/Close
